Freedom Quay was completed in September 2008 and is amost fully occupied, a testiment to the quality of construction, fit out and the environment within which is sits.
Nikal has developed the project in partnership with development agencies Hull Forward and Yorkshire Forward and the building forms a key part of the wide Hull Marina regeneration proposals.
