Our Vision for the site will see the transformation and regeneration of the existing buildings into a new a unique office and leisure quarter of over 500,000 square feet, whilst maximising future mixed use waterfront development potential on the remainder of this historic factory site.
Planning approvals is expected in February 2010 followed by conversion of the first phase - the boiler house , which will be ready for occupation in the autumn.
