About Cathedral Park, Wells, Somerset

Cathedral Park is located on the edge of Wells City Centre and will be the primary business park serving the city and surrounding areas. Recently granted planning consent, work is due to commence in Spring and the first phase which will include a new 20,000 sq ft HQ office building for Flourish Homes.

The site extends to 17 acres and when completed will include a mixture of office space, light industrial and trade retail, totalling some 235,000 sq ft.

Cathedral Park is integral to the economy's growth and the Mendip Region, and will stimulate investment through the promise of high quality accomodation.
