About Rag & Bone Water Street

Earlier in his career Nick Payne delivered one of Manchester's best known developments, Deansgate Locks. Nikal have harnessed this expertise and acquired a series of Grade I and II listed railway arches, forming part of one of the most significant railway developments of the industrial age.

The arches will be sympathetically restored to provide 18,500 sq ft of office space to be sold through Buro. Planning is awaited and we aim to have the units ready for sale in Summer 2008.
