The team at Nikal bring to the company a wealth of experience gained in a diversity of construction and development disciplines. However, our corporate strength lies in the creation of mixed-use developments intended to spur regeneration in towns and in city centres. As of January 2008, we own and are developing six such schemes across the country.

With offices in Manchester and Birmingham, Nikal is achieving recognition as a national player in the industry, with a development 'pipeline' of around £800m. By entering into partnerships with like-minded organisations, we have been able to turn many of our aspirations into reality, and it is by this principle of pooled expertise that we expect to continue our impressive rate of growth whilst maintaining our profitability.
