Our Approach

In order to realise our vision effectively, Nikal is committed to entering into partnerships with third parties, including like minded developers, regeneration companies, local authorities and financial institutions. Each potential project is carefully assessed to identify the experience or expertise it requires. If these are not available in house we seek them elsewhere.

We work with a wide range of architects, from household names to "up and coming" practices, according to a project's demands, thus ensuring that our buildings are as stylish as they are practical. "Deliverability" is a vital element of all Nikal proposals and we aim to deliver, on time and on budget, every time.

"Deliverability" and "flair" must be mutually inclusive rather than diametrically opposed alternatives.
